Moving to Dubai
I work as a QA engineer for a European tech company, fully remote since 2020. After a few years of moving between short-term rentals in different countries, I wanted a more permanent setup. Dubai kept coming up in conversations with colleagues, mostly because of taxes and infrastructure.
I started browsing properties online and eventually focused on https://dubai-real.estate/. It was helpful to see a wide range of options, especially off-plan projects. I decided to buy a small apartment in Business Bay, close to everything but still relatively calm.
Relocating itself was less stressful than expected. Banking, internet, transportation — everything works efficiently. It’s easy to focus on work here, and the city feels built for people who value time and predictability. I don’t know if this is my forever place, but as a base for remote work and long-term planning, Dubai has exceeded my expectations.
